At Gelator, we want you to love your nail supplies. If something isn't right, we’ll do our best to fix it. Please read our return policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • You must submit your return request within 14 days of delivery.
  • Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are non-returnable:
  • Nail polish, gels, and acrylics
    • Used or opened tools, brushes, or kits
    • Nail art and cosmetic items that have been opened

How to Start a Return (via Shopify)

You can initiate a return quickly through our online portal:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal (insert your Shopify return app or return page link).
  2. Enter your order number and email.
  3. Follow the instructions to request a return label (if applicable).

We use Shopify-integrated returns management to streamline the process. You'll receive email updates every step of the way.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email or contact page].
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s).
  • We’ll offer a free replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • If applicable, we may provide a prepaid return label through our system.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.

Additional Notes

  • All return requests are subject to approval.
  • Items returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
